I don't know if this is a bug, but when I use css compression & the Zen theme, the theming breaks. Works fine on Chrome/Firefox/Safari. I am using a very long list of modules. Attached is the html from my /admin/reports/updates page showing which modules are in effect. You can also see the list of css files (css compression currently off).

I tried the Garland theme and it works.
