Extend "Custom image trigger classes"

Currently it's possible to indicate only one method for all the classes mentioned in the “ Custom image trigger classes”.
Is it possible to extend this option so as to be able to apply various methods for various classes?
Option 1:
Given class=lbx_image, if css class (like in FCKEditor, taken from http://drupal.org/node/373467#comment-1888498) is lbx_image_show for a single picture,
lbx_image_group is for picture grouping,
lbx_image_slide is for slide show, etc.
Option 2:
To make several "Custom image trigger classes" groups.

The first option is more flexible (imho).
It's also possible to encode postfixes not strictly, but so that they could be assigned through administering
