Changing existing link

When I select an existing link in TinyMCE and click the node picker icon, i can choose another link. But when I click 'Insert link', the link hasn't been updated ... Shouldn't node-picker clean up the link when updating?

I also did a test selecting only part of the link text. But then I got something like
