The issue is on our fresh launch of http://www.lovettservices.com . At some point the blocks-admin-page began displaying all the blocks in the 'Disabled' zone, rather than in the 'Left Column' where they actually are displaying. And any edits to their display settings have no effect. Here are some more tests I did once I noticed the issue:
1. I CAN edit the text of my EXISTING blocks.
2. I CANT change what page those EXISTING blocks display on. (It saves my changes in the admin form input, but has no effect on the actual block display.)
3. If I move a block from the 'disabled' zone, to 'right colum' (or any other zone) it has no effect on the block either.
4. If I instead add a NEW block it does display just fine in our admin theme, "Garland" but DOES NOT display at all in our front end zen-sub-theme.
I'm not sure at what point this began happening though. The first thing that comes to mind is we had upgraded to Drupal 6.15, and to Zen 6x-1.1 during dev, but I'm not certain those upgrades had anything to do with it.
I've checked the page.tpl.php and it looks fine. Maybe I have some data out of synch? Is there a table I can scour through in our DB that might give some clues? At this point I'm not sure what to look for though. Please help! Any pointers are very much appreciated.
