The unitag on 5.x doesn't add the basename column to the unitag table when upgrading. This causes SQL errors after the upgrade on my PostgreSQL 8.4.2 installation. Deleting the unitag table, and deleting the system row allowed it to uninstall and reinstall from the module screen successfully.
