Found it independently, blocked, and deleted all comments.
Although, ARGH!!! this is the last time I'm going to manually clean out comments (it was 4 pages worth this time). We desperately need to resolve #520290: Consider installing Views Bulk Operations on drupal.org. I'm to the point where I don't care if there are other objections on the infra team. This is stupid. ;)
