I have tried the default theme etc in the default location I have moved the widgets folder to the theme and tried it there but I'm having no joy with any theme. Can someone who has this working please help me with the pathing I think that is the problem.

The rest seems to be working but I just cant custom theme it. It doesn't seem to like the path. I'm using an xampp localhost setup.
