I have cPanel, i have made the database name which is ********_drupal and the database username which is ********_****** (*'s are there to hide the name), I make sure its on local host then enter the password, and press Save and Conitune, it refreshes and is on the same page... Whats gone wrong?
All permissions from the DB Username has gone to the DB Name.

Under sites/default, make sure you have both settings.php and default.settings.php. Don't just rename, make a copy and rename the copy. This is the most common Drupal 6 install error there is!
