This module seems cool, but it is frickin complicated to use! for me anyways!
For one, the pop-up window is all F'd up (FF 3.5.6) and hard to navigate.
I can barely figure out how to use, I know none of my end users will be able to figure it out.
That said, I think this can be a VERY powerful add on and tool, how can we make it better?
Perhaps getting rid of the fixed width for starters? Why not 90% instead of 830px?

jurgenhaasThanks for your feedback. I wonder if this is reported in the correct issue queue. The QuickTT module comes with one select field in a block and that's probably not very hard to use as you only need to select one of the projects in that list to start timetracking for this particular project.
From what you're describing I guess this is a report on the Storm Dashboard module. So I'm reassigning this issue to that queue.
Now, with regard to the usability, me and all other community members are always interested in improving existing solutions and I wonder what we can do for the dashboard. From your original post I can see 3 areas:
1) You're having a problem with the pop-up window in FF 3.5.6. Can you please describe in more detail what the problems are? Is the usability problem any different from the dashboard when you're going to http://www.example.com/stormdashboard
2) The width of the dashboard. As discussed in other issues before, we have to define fixed width for some of the components inside of the dashboard and as that results in a fixed width for the overall dashboard, we thought it's best to define a fixed width right from the beginning. Without that we've seen a lot of unpredictable behaviours in arious browsers. However, as we're not necessarily styling experts we'd be very interested in seeing some suggestions (or even patches) on how the approach could be changed.
3) How to use it. This is probably highlighting the need for either documentation or a screencast. I believe, once you've seen how straight forward this can be used, all resentiments will probably disappear. Any other ideas? Anyone up for a screencast? Or can someone tell me how to best create a webcast on a Windows system?

Branjawn commentedThanks for your detailed response. I plan to really dig into this as I see a lot of potential for these modules. I hope to find time soon to assist in some better documentation.
