Added #666492 by WebNewCastle per contributions from Tekl: Templates can be optionally displayed with thumbnails in Node Templates settings (and select list changed to radios).

Fixed #666524 by WebNewCastle per correction from Tekl - Although content type settings were being correctly retained and used, the dropdown was displaing "default" when returning to the content type settings.

Added by WebNewCastle: Added support for CCK Manage Fields page so that the Node Template Settings fieldset can be moved for the node add/edit form (have weight changed).
