In refine your search section, search heading coming with radio button but in prototype search heading coming with checkbox.

Do we have the decision documented anywhere that says why we decided to move from checkboxes (as they appear in the prototype) to radio buttons?

The search results page only supports single-selection, so checkboxes would get you to impossible pages.
