Site build help for sculptor needed

Hi,

I build huge, crazy, interactive sculptures. Here is the website that my wife built for me using using standard html/css that she knew when she was doing that kind of thing some years back:

It has proven very difficult to update and change.

So I checked with a friend with knowledge, he suggested Drupal. So I worked with someone to re-build my website in Drupal.

We got set up on a server (bluehost) got some version of Drupal installed (about 2 years ago), got some modules and stuff going and then hit a knowledge/money wall and I had to put the project on hold. I realized that I need to hire someone who already knows drupal and has done this kind of thing before so we don't spend all this time reinventing the wheel. Duh.

Basically, I am looking for someone to go in and build a site that is image based, I am looking for a CMS system that allows me to have a front page with an image or so and a menu that leads to a set of photo albums, or links to video on Youtube and so on. I have lots and lots of photos, so it would be great if the site could reorganize according to tags.

Simple is good.

I don't have the cash for a huge complicated site, but I would love something that sets off the photos and allows me to expand the site endlessly. I have found that people interested in my work spend quite some time digging through the nooks and crannies, so creating them is ok.

I am looking for an estimate/bid to take this project on, make it go and then consult with any future problems as needed. A lot of the core server side stuff is done, or set up for easy update. I don't know if the work needed is a theme or a site.
