I experimented with moving a couple blocks out of the right side and when I tried to move them back they don't show at all.

Currently the shopping cart and feed block are in the Right 2(col 3) region and yet they appear at the bottom on the left. And when I try the other regions on that side: Content Top col 2, Right Top Box, Right (col 4) the y don't appear at all.

Any ideas? Thanks
