The translation seem not to work

The problems i have:

1. I create an new page, with english text inside, but flag it as 'Language neutral'.
2. In the page, i click on 'Translate', appear the popup asking in what language is the page.
3. Whatever language i click, the page start loading from google.com, but nothing happen. I waited for 5 minutes, tryed several times.

Flagging the content with 1 language:

1. I create a new page, flag it as english, insert english content.
2. Save the page, click on 'Translate', whatever language i choose, the popup 'Translate from English to XXXX' appear, buth both the column with the source and the translation has the same text. e.g. no translation is happen.
