When the Skinr module is enabled and the current active theme doesn't support Skinr properly, it would be nice to print an alert to the user and/or watchdog. This alert should include a link to the Skinr/theme integration documentation to help direct people how to add support in their theme.

Maybe if less themes supported Skinr I think it would be more useful, but I don't think it's necessary. It's just not very high on the priority list for now.
