After updating to the latest views module and few others, I am getting this error. Any thoughts?

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _views_theme_functions() (previously declared in /home/pricewin/public_html/sites/all/modules/views/theme/theme.inc:21) in /home/pricewin/public_html/modules/acquia/views/theme/theme.inc on line 36

It reads like you have the Views module installed (and enabled) from two separate locations.

Your Acquia distribution included the Views module, so you don't need to include it again. Try removing the one at "...sites/all/modules/views/theme".
