I noticed this in my db log and couldnt find anything on google about it, so Im posting it here:
Message Secure Pages Prevent Hijack failed to set secure cookie.
Severity critical
It happened on this page: user/register
Is it something to worry about?

mdih commentedi do come across same error message...
grendzy commentedpossibly... that means that the module needed to send you an SSL-enabled cookie, but the visitor wasn't on an SSL page. Is user/register included in your list of SSL pages in the securepages admin page?
RikiB commentedno its not, I will add it to the list and see if it fixes it.
bsnodgrass commentedI got the same error,
"Secure Pages Prevent Hijack failed to set secure cookie."
The page referenced was admin/build/securepages
I am however more concerned that on the securepages form SSL is disabled and grey... and https:// does not appear to work
No Errors show in the Status Report.
Is there someplace that documents all the steps necessary to configure SSL and Secure pages?
Thanks,
Bob

grendzy commentedbsnodgrass,
If https:// doesn't work, it's most likely a problem with your hosting provider.
pnigro commentedI came across this log message too.
grendzy commentedno reply from RikiB, so I'll assume #3 fixed it.
