I can see You are developing the D7 module with new features - are these new features included in future D6 versions?

And what are the status of integration with CiviCRM?

I would be interested in providing a backport of any D7 code that exists to integrate with civiCRM. If you're working on it then please let me know?

But there is also this petition module with CiviCRM:

Maybe this module satisfies must D6 users?

I am also the author of the original petition module and the tell a friend module. These are all getting rolled up into the D7 version of the activism module, and backported to 6 as part of the process.

For anyone interested in getting involved, Trellon is setting up a public svn for the entire activism branch. This is being done so activism can include integration with some commercial CRM services that include non-GPL code.

I found this module the best for petitions for me, because I need simple/light one that has not a lot (or none) required other modules.
The feature I am lacking is that signups would be activated only when a user clicks a link received in his e-mail after a signup.

Is such feature in new features list?
