I got a Page Not Found error when visiting any of my Panels Pages after upgraded from 3.2 to 3.x-dev. When I went to edit these Panels, I noticed that the Variants section was empty.

In one of my Panels, I have a single variant, a Panel. The Panel was missing.

I've got a similar error after updated from 3.0 to 3.2.
All panel pages are disabled on the dashboard. After activating them, all variants are empty.

It seems this is not a panels bug. After my update I restore my backup and everthink is fine again.
After that I update to Drupal 6.15 and than the contributed modules I use. Again the variants in my User Profile Panel Page are gone. See attached screenshots.

So again, back to my backup. Update to Drupal 6.15 - everthink is fine. It seems that one of the modules I use broke panels but it's hard to find.

I've got it. The bug is in the ctools suite.

Aaaaaaah. Sorry, no bug.
After update ctools the dashboard has more entries. I thought the one called user_profiles is the one I'm looking for: user_view.
But it isn't.
To edit user_view, one have to click on 'Go to list'.
