It seems the starting slashes are still not being removed from links or img src paths. It would be great if this could get fixed!

Also, if the site has aggregation turned on for CSS or JS, the exported HTML files still point to the aggregates but they don't seem to be included in the export.

HTML Export is currently very environment specific (seems to work best when used locally). I'll be looking into a rewrite for Drupal 7 but at this time 6 is where it will be maintained to unless someone else wants to get involved with patching it.
