Noticed that links in blocks don't appear be getting rewritten. Can this be fixed?

HTML Export is currently very environment specific (seems to work best when used locally). I'll be looking into a rewrite for Drupal 7 but at this time 6 is where it will be maintained to unless someone else wants to get involved with patching it.
