jsdomenu - need help installing on 4.7

I just downloaded the file jsdomenu-4.7.0.tar.gz, unpacked, and placed it in my modules directory. i enabled the module ok but get this error both in IE and Firefox when I try to go to settings for the jsdomenu:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: form_select() in /www.example.com/public_html/modules/jsdomenu/jsdomenu.module on line 30

I suspect that this package might be for the wrong version as the readme file says its for drupal 4.5 or later.

Can anyone confirm that this is working under 4.7? If this is for 4.6, then it should be removed from the modules download list for 4.7
