Nodeaccess bulk operations module

Anybody knows of a module / or implemented something like a Bulk update node access from the content list?

Basically i need to select a list of nodes (Filter by Taxonomy) from the default Content list and do a batch update of their Node Grants.

Any help will be much appreciated.
