Cleaning up the template and CSS a bit.
Added new API for childs, so you can passt arguments for the dialog. Yet only the width is handled.

If you dont need the new API or not using wysiwyg_imageupload 6.2.x you dont need to upgrade in any case. Only minor changes though.
