Text Area Opton [#692872]

It would be nice to have the option to have either the Attribute or the Value be a Text Area as opposed to just a Text Field. I'm using this module for an easy to manage FAQ type page and it would be handy to have more room to type in questions and answers.

To follow up on this after I added in some more questions to my project, Text Field content is limited in the amount of characters that can be displayed while Text Area content is not. Some of my answers are rather lengthy so it would be nice not to have them cut off.

Thank you for your interest in this module.

I am planning to integrate select fields into the Attribute field, and when I have time I want to look into allowing either the Value or Attribute field to be set to any other CCK Type Field (text, select, node reference, user reference, date, etc). This however will take a lot of a time, and currently my work load is quite heavy.

Erm, I do however think that you should look into the FAQ Module, as Im not sure this is the right application of this module. You may of course, opt to keep this module for your uses, but I cant promise a Text Area option - unless a patch is submitted - before I have time to work on it.

Thanks for getting back to me. One thing that I like about your module vs. something the FAQ Module is the ability to have all of my questions\answers on one page instead of creating new nodes for each question. Not a big deal but it helps in keeping everything organized. It also gives me more flexibility in creating and themeing individual pages for questions instead of using taxonomy and categories.

I'll keep an eye on your module as I have a few other projects where it would fit the bill. As long as you are looking into possibly adding more options for the Value and Attribute fields in the future, may I request an option for graphics or image file uploads? I have another project where I have some instructions that corresponds to a screenshot.
