How can I make my Drupal site refresh since it is still showing old stuff but if I click refresh on the browser it shows the new stuff and so some people are not inclined to click refresh

Did you try clear the cache?

visit admin/settings/performance

scroll to bottom and click 'Clear cache'

Yes I know about that. I want to have something do it automatically since users cannot clear the cache and I want the latest stuff to show. Some websites refresh automatically every 2 minutes or so and I want that
