How to add nofollow to pager links - help

I use in my template.php

I added $attributes['rel'] = 'nofollow'; and I get rel=''nofollow" to
# 1 # 2# 3 # 4 # 5# 6# 7... pager links but not on # first # ‹ previous # next › # last » pager links.

Where do I need to add and what ? to get rel=''nofollow" on the rest of the links
