All of a sudden the right panel on my page does not show up. I flushed the caches, tried to create other new pages with a right and left panel but nothing will show up in the right panel. any help?

and when i make more than just two panels only that first one will show up...i do not see any of the other panels in the html either...i get no errors in my report...when i preview the panels it looks fine but on the actual page only the left panel shows...such a weird problem. any help much appreciated. all my permissions are set and all my modules are up to date...
i also just uninstalled panels and ctools, reinstalled them, regave permissions...still the same problem.

I don't have a lot of advice. Your best bet is to go into the layout.tpl.php and do some debugging there?

Because the issue queue has a great number of open issues, and there are few volunteers to tend them, I must prune old issues that are left untouched for a long time.
