I just discovered that you have to join the translation team in order to download translations from http://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/nb/export. Getting a reasonably updated translation shouldn't be that much of a hassle, so I suggest we update the translations here. Attached is an export as of today.

Now that localize.drupal.org is linked up as the preferred site for translation downloads, this isn't needed anymore.
