There is no way to display the Various field.

Would like to use this for the person Bio. But even if you add a value there is no way to see it.

Go to Admin > Conten Types > Person > Display (admin/content/node-type/club-person/display/basic). There you see which fields are disabled, and the "various" field is one of them. You may need to uncheck the parent fieldgroup as well.

Also, you probably want to change the format of the field to have a filter. At the moment this is a standard text field which does not allow any markup (The settings is at the bottom of the field settings for the "various" field).

Although this works for now, I will set this to "postponed" to integrate this better. My current idea is to add a new field for "public" information, and then have two such fields.
