Hi Bowob,
It seems that you do not get the messages send to you via your own website as you do not respond to these. So you might wan't to check out your support form settings.
Any way, as long as you are active in this forum it's fine.
I have a general question about the pro version and about the way you calculate what you call "uses". "Uses" are what we pay for I figured out.
Is a "use" every time a member post a chat message?
Is it every time a member enables the chat panel?
Is it every time a member auto logs in to the site and Autoconnect (if this is set in the configurationm)?
Or is it some thing else...?

bowob commentedHere is only for Drupal module issues. So you may use support at www.bowob.com and they will help you in this kind of questions.
But, as is mentioned in the chat's administration page:
"An use is something like the entrance of an user in your chat."
So it is every time a member logs in to the chat.

netrom commentedYes I can read that in the "terms" on bowob.com.
So the answer is, I guess, that it also meens, that a "use" is every time a user logs into my site if I have enabled the autoconnect in the configuration?
About the support: As mentioned above your support is a dead end. I have posted several issues using the support form at your site but never had any answers. So there is absolutely no help from that part.

bowob commentedAny method for join into the chat:
- Autoconnect.
- Chat login form.

netrom commentedOkay, I understand. Thanks for your answer.
It seems, I have to say, as a pretty bureaucratic and inconvenient way to handle the payment.
If a have a site with, say, 100.000 members, I guess I would have to buy a new pro license (the largest one) 4 times every day and further more I would have to spend a lot of time and attention all the time to check the used amount of "uses" and make sure I did not run out of credits.
It would indeed be more convenient with a simple monthly or half-yearly payment in a kind of subscription. The risc for you with this kind of payment is, that it gets impossible for any sites at some size to use the module.
This is just my suggestions ment by only good intentions.

bowob commentedIt seems that by the moment a huge site should contact bowob admins for handle his payment method.

KetchupMaster commentedWhat does "These have a duration of around one month." mean?
Does that mean any uses i have left after a month will be deleted and i'll have to pay again?
bowob commentedRepeat: This kind of questions should be done at www.bowob.com

Vchris commentedI see...
We must find now a new chat module, with a more clearly payment... cause im not going to pay with uses, or clicks, or whetever anyone wants and once a month....
BTW was a very good module, not anymore.

KetchupMaster commentedI agree. It was great when it was free. But now this ridiculous payment system has completely ruined it. I'm looking into cometchat.com. Only a one time fee and it doesn't require any third party server to run it.

SestuDeus commentedI too agree. Just uninstalled.

kristaal commentedThanks for the link to cometchat. I had dropped bowob a while back and was looking for something else to replace it. Cometchat looks like a good recommendation and I am checking them out.
Wondering about drupal integration though. Emailed them about it, will see what they say.
Yep. They have drupal integration.

Marko B commentedDid u find support for integration in drupal? Its not offered on page but they say on forums it can be found. Did u do it, how?
kristaal commentedE-mailed them and they said that it could be done and that they would provide the documentation for integration.
Marko B commentedyes, they say but you dont know for sure until you buy, like they dont want to put to public how do you do it, that looks too much shady for me....
