how to do post on a group ?

hello everybody,

i am working with drupal 6 . where i am creating groups but when a user (super or authorize ) want to do post on the group than there is no link for create a post.
even i use a link for post on group from a another drupal site but thats also not working

"node/add/grouppost/?gids[]=42"

here 42 is node no. of group.

help will appreciated. please tell me what i am missing...
