Can we use Nodewords module for custom coded modules

I am using nodewords module to track meta tags, meta titles and meta description for SEO Purpose. This is well working for nodes, posts and other content types that have created using CCK.

But, i need this to be work for customized modules [User created modules]. Can this be possible?

Please tell me the solution for this issue.
