Ok I set the category menu options to disabled (breadcrumbs only) for the container and also for the assigned nodes and then every freakin time I submit some changes I have the terms of that vocab that pop up in the navigation menu. I though I just selected to have breadcrumbs only??? There is something wrong with category menu that it is not reliable and you can,t except people to have hundreds of links appear like that in their menus when they select to disable them and choose only for breadcrumbs??? I changed a production site to category module yesterday and now i' stuck with these incredible bugs of category menu!
Please check this out and advice if I overlooked something?
Thanks

Jaza commentedUnable to reproduce. When I set either the 'menu items within this container' or 'menu items for assigned nodes' setting to 'enabled (breadcrumbs only)', then I don't get any menu items showing in my navigation bar. I only get breadcrumbs showing. This is for categories, containers, and assigned nodes.
Please provide more details:
- exact steps to reproduce this error
- your environment (e.g. category module version, drupal module version, php version)

patchak commentedHi Jaza,
Hum ok, I noticed this problem on all my 3 test sites, which run on drupal 4.7.2 with php4 and category cvs AND 4.7 version as well...
Like I said, even though I select only breadcrumbs for the container AND the assigned nodes, it happens a couple of times that the links to the categories, or links to the nodes themselves are added in the menu.
I had to create a custom menu 'category links' and set this menu by default to make sure that all unwanted links were thrown there. I guess you could try by selecting both the containers and assigned nodes at the same time, as this is wat I have done to see this specific bahaviour.
Thanks for the reply, and keep up the good work!
