How do I use this?

for d7, you need to install Media, Styles, and WYSIWYG with CKEditor. Enable Media, Media YouTube, Styles, File Styles, and WYSIWYG. Set up a WYSIWYG format profile w/ the Media button (bottom right on the form). The browser should have YouTube in place, but you might need to go to the 'From URL' tab for now (not sure if YouTube is entirely working from its own tab atm).

you can also add videos from 'Find content' / then the Media tab, and click on the YouTube link. That will pop up a browser, where the lower vertical tab, 'From url' can be used.
