toma.baza commentedIn my case the editor won´t show if there are two windows/tabs open with my website (not only same page, anyone). I´ve tested in Firefox and Chrome.

wwalc commentedIf it doesn't work for you in FF then... it's great, because we should be able to easily debug this problem :)
Make sure that you have cleared Drupal and browser's cache if you have upgraded anything recently.
Do you see any errors in Firebug?
Please check also this instruction: http://drupal.ckeditor.com/troubleshooting#4

tsi commentedWorked for me on chromium (linux) but not on FF (linux).
Turned back to last working version and all is fine.

toma.baza commentedI've tried to repeated this error after two weeks but it has not appeared. It seems OK now.

nirbhasa commentedHi
I can partially replicate this problem. I get a blank text area, with unresponsive 'switch to plain text eeditor link' in Firefox sometimes after the browser has been running for a long time. I dont get any js errors with Firebug. Restarting Firefox brings it back.
Some clients also got this problem - I told them to upgrade to Firefox 3.6 (a standard reflex response :) ) and then it worked for them. However, it may have been that in doing so they were in effect restarting the browser.

wwalc commentedHmm closing this one for now. A new version of CKEditor came out recently, let's see if this problem will appear again.
