Views Integration

I have committed some views integration to the code. The latest dev snapshot should be quite views-integrated. Still plenty of work to go though..

I think I have finally cracked it. I will commit the changes when I get home. I will have to add some default views to the module.

I am downgrading this to minor - I just committed code that adds views support, I have just got to create some useful views and add them to the default installation.

I have added custom fields which allow you to display games played, points difference and, most importantly, points.
I hope this should all be working sweetly. It seems to be OK on my computer. Check it out in the latest dev release.

I need to add an order by field to allow people to order their teams in the table.
I will upload a patch later today.

Ok, here is the patch - its against alpha2, but should work against the latest dev version too.
I have also committed the code.
