The module will inject a newly created banner into the Open X server, regardless of whether the banner node has been published or not. This is problematic if you want to apply a workflow (e.g. paypal integration) to banner publishing. Ideally, the banner is injected into OpenX Server only after $node->status == 1, and removed/disabled if the node gets unpublished.
