New features:

• path autocomplete (issue #666644: Path Autocomplete for Menu Editor)
• renamed mlid:44 to mlid-44 to make jquery autocomplete work properly.
• a new placeholder "" for "under construction" page dummies. (comment #653552-16: Community Feedback for Menu Editor)
• a new hook (menu_editor_overview_table_alter) that allows to modify the table rows and columns in the theming step. (issue #693346: Include page callback column in edit form for reference)

Bug fixes:

• language setting bug for new items: #698032: Language setting not taken into account when adding new menu items
• order bug for new items: #698036: Order of newly added items seems to be alphabetic, not the order of when the form is submitted
