При установке счетчика от liveinternet.ru в блоке, показывается только счетчик на странице с блоками. На страницу с блоками - нельзя попасть, показывается только счетчик статистики. Нельзя отредактировать блоки, потому что их не видно. Виден только счетчик в самом верху страницы, остальное все белое.

Работает с Garland .
Это обычный счетчик статистики. И блокирует он только страницу с редактированием блоков в вашей теме. А так, везде нормально.

Go to the block settings for Garland so it loads and then set the block to NOT show on admin pages, use the Page Specific visibility settings and select "Show on every page except the listed pages." and use admin/* in the text area. This will stop it loading on the blocks page - I think there is a conflict with the themes JavaScript.

Dude, of course JavaScript works in blocks, why wouldn't it? The theme is doing nothing to special with blocks OK, you need to be looking at something like your input formats.

2EgorfromMurmansk? нужно выключить редактор (скорее всего стоит fckeditor/ckeditor) и вводить код в формате PHP.
