Need Panels 3.x Training/Coaching

I have a limited time frame to come up to speed on panels 3.x. I have played around briefly with 2.x and looking at 3.x feels like a complete do over. What I have learned from the resources I have found is not enough. I am willing to pay someone who has used, set up, configured, planned, etc. panels 3.x interfaces.

I need this assistance by Jan 31st if at all possible. If you can do this, please submit

1. example page links of where you personally have created/configured the 3.x panel
2. your rate/hour
3. an estimate of how long you think it would take to walk me through the panels way of thinking (note, i am rather savvy when it comes to Drupal so ... I don't believe it should take more than an hour)
4. your availability and location for time zone purposes) I am in VA USA

I assume we can use skype for the call. I have gotomeeting so we can share screens and such.
