First, thanks for the nice theme.
Glitch 1:
This happens in IE 6/7. The CiviCRM drop-down box appears behind it's own Menu bar (cutting off it's first menu item).
In FireFox 2.x, it works and displays properly.
In IE 6/7, with default Garland theme loaded it works properly (only reason I'm looking for help here).
Glitch 2:
Not so worried about this, but thought I would mention it because it seems to be related.
This happens in IE 6/7. The CiviCRM drop-down box appears behind the theme's sidebar boxes.
In FireFox 2.x, it works and displays properly (because the CiviCRM drop-down properly displays on top of everything).
In IE 6/7, with default Garland theme loaded it works properly (but in the Garland theme, there aren't actual boxes there ... just thought I would mention it).
I tried it both with and without iePNGfix. It's obviously a IE 6/7 issue and the CSS probably needs an IE exception entry, but since it doesn't show up with Garland, I was hoping you could help. Thanks.

In IE8, it also works properly (like in FF2). It looks like the black upper CiviCRM Admin menu uses JQuery.
I'm thinking it might be a z-index problem, and/or the fact that 2 drop-down menus end up running on the same pages. I tried adding more z-indexes to CiviCRM's menu.css but it didn't help.
For cross-browser compatibility, I'm just looking for the current version browsers, and one version back. So, IE7/8 and FF2/3.x . I don't mean to repeat myself, but just a reminder ... I get that when Garland is loaded.
