Is there a module to allow only an IP block to view node?

Hi, I saw the Restrict Login IP module, but what I need is a module that would restrict the public from viewing a page unless they are in a certain IP block which I set. For instance, let's say there's an internal page that should be viewable only to the 144.29.*.* block. Does such a module exist?
