Viewable only by author?

Issue Summary

I'm trying to find a way to limit the view of the wishlist to only the node author. Basically my site has free items and pay items. I'd like people to be able to add pay items to the wishlist for when they don't have money "yet", while still being able to check out their free items. I wouldn't have a problem keeping the lists public, but as mentioned in a previous issue, making shipping info public is a security issue, people won't be too comfortable with.
