Views: Nodereferrer field from "multiple nodereference" doesn't appear in available View arguments

I have 2 content types:
- Account, with a Node Reference field "workers" referencing multiple Workers.
- Worker, with a Nodereferrer Account field.

In View for Workers, I can't add an argument for Worker.Account field - it's not on the list.
