Select List (with drag-and-drop sort) Widget broken [#697034]

When I have the Select List (with drag-and-drop sort) widget enabled, the block reference field in the node edit form is removed all together.

The only widgets I'm able to get to work are the Select List and Auto Complete Text Field.

OK I see a couple mistakes in the process function - but the real problem is that it seems the process function is never being called :/
