Need code to send product review email. Bounty negotiable.

My site Chunky Bling is running Ubercart 2.0 and Drupal 6. I'd like to send an automated email to customer 7 days after their order status has been set to complete (i.e. once they've received their order). The email will ask the customer to provide a review for the products they purchased (I will provide the HTML email code). The email needs to have access to the following variables: customer name and products ordered.

In my mind, this could be achieve with some kind of cron that checks the 'last-modified' field on the uc_orders table for > 7 days and status = completed. Then it send the email and flips the status to something else (i.e. completed - emails sent).
