How do I access Location data in GMap Node?

Hello:
How do I access location data and use it in a computed field? I want to calculate sunrise time using Latitude and Longitude in a GMap node. I can access them in theme using $location[latitude], but same does not work in computed field. Any insight will be welcomed. Thanks
