Hey everyone,

I've recently stumbled upon a rather aggravating problem. Whenever someone on my site presses the preview button on a node, the node actually gets created. Then when they hit submit it gets created again, causing duplicates.

This is a large internal site so theres no way for others to access it, and I can't think of any recently added modules that may contribute to this. However if anyone has heard of this behavior before and thinks they know what may be causing it then please share that information as it is both greatly needed and appreciated.
