Release notes

  • New feature: Adding a form to the ticket list to select a specific ticket by ticket_id
  • New feature: added search for tickets by order id to the search tab.
  • New feature: added customer billing and shipping name to a ticket that is tied to a specific order.
  • New feature: added keyword search on ticket body
  • New feature: added a page for fetching new emails. Normally this would happen with every cron run.
  • Bugfix: ticket followups should be ordered by delta instead of date.
  • Bugfix: when an email comes in without a title, the order pane will now have a link to the ticket ('No Title').
